Our Walk-In Therapy Clinic offers a convenient and accessible way to receive support without the need for an appointment. Whether you are facing an immediate concern or simply exploring therapy for the first time, our walk-in services are designed to meet you where you are.

Walk-in therapy is currently available:

  • Mondays and Wednesdays

  • 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

We hope to expand these hours in the future. At this time, no additional walk-in times are available.

What to Expect

Walk-in sessions are more than just quick check-ins. Each visit is treated as a full therapy session. Our therapists are trained to approach every session as if it may be a single visit, focusing on understanding your concerns and helping you identify meaningful goals right away.

No Cost, No Commitment
Walk-in sessions are completely free. There is no paperwork ahead of time, no appointment required, and no obligation to continue services afterward.

Clients are welcome to return to the clinic as needed. If you decide you would like ongoing support, our team can also help connect you to regular therapy services.
